We recently completed production and shipment of a 42.45㎡ indoor fixed GOB LED display headed to the United Kingdom. Built around our P1.94 pixel pitch sealed sheet metal cabinet design, this screen combines high-density resolution with GOB potting protection—making it well suited for close-viewing retail environments where both image clarity and physical durability matter. The display will serve as an in-store digital showcase for a large chain retailer, presenting product visuals and promotional content to shoppers at eye level.

This project began when our UK partners approached us to supply an indoor LED screen for a large chain store renovation. The retailer needed a fixed digital display wall inside the store—specifically to present product imagery and real-time product information to shoppers navigating the sales floor. After evaluating the viewing distance, ambient lighting, and content requirements, our team recommended the P1.94 GOB indoor fixed solution.
The GOB sealing was a key deciding factor. In a busy retail setting, displays face constant exposure to foot traffic, cleaning routines, and occasional physical contact. Standard indoor modules risk lamp damage under those conditions. The GOB-potted modules solve this by encasing the LED surface in a hardened protective layer that resists impact, water splashes, and dust ingress—without sacrificing optical clarity or color uniformity.
Production covered 830 modules across 83 sheet metal cabinets, totaling 42.4545 square meters of active display area. Each cabinet measures 0.33m by 1.55m, creating a vertical strip format that fits neatly into the store’s interior wall layout. The slim cabinet depth and locking mechanism allow the installation team to mount the screen flush against the wall surface, keeping the storefront aesthetic clean and unobtrusive.
