Before the order was confirmed, it took us 2 months to negotiate with client. As it’s their first time to buy LED Screens for their Exhibition jobs, they were very careful with details(how to assemble & disassemble panels, maintenance, payment terms, FAT(Factory Acceptance Testing), shipping, prices and so on.) I think it’s same as yours when you worked with some one at the first time?
